KAP II(Duece) aka Kenny Aurtur Pierce grew up in the Central District of Seattle. Kap grew up with every disadvantage possible leading to a life that found escape in crime, violence and dropping out of high school. However God intervened. Now the father of two , Kenny has followed the Lord and inspires to be like his new Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Like most of us he was unaware of the power of God’s word through rap until he encountered The Cross Movement, this inspired him to pick the mic back up. His freshman album "Live and Learn" was produced independent of God’s Block, but we were happy to be part of the release and look forward to being apart of his future work. Kenny has been the leading emcee for God’s Block for sometime, opening for such artists as Flame, Json, Thi’sl, Lecrae and Tedashii. Under the production of Phoenix he is now ready to break out on his own. Kenny is a talented emcee who loves the Lord above all else, attends Calvary Fellowship in Seattle and now has a tremendous father figure in his life pastor Wayne Taylor of Calvary Fellowship.
